I was lead copywriter for Virgin Atlantic for more than six years. I was accountable for creating memorable, on-brand copy, and ensuring the brand tone of voice was embedded across every level of the customer journey. My work included marketing campaigns, CRM, onboard products, airport, retail, social media, internal communications, and B2B. I ran tone of voice workshops and immersions, worked with external agencies on ATL campaigns, and I also had the distinct privilege of naming more than 30 planes in my time at the company.
