









When the flagship London Heathrow Clubhouse finally reopened to guests, there had been a few changes due to the pandemic. The spa and hairdressers were no longer needed, so the Customer Experience team used the space to design a spectacular relaxation area. I worked alongside them to create photo moments around the area by using neon script. And as you can see, they've been a huge social media hit. Ordering by QR code had also been a big change, but I took this opportunity to inject the Virgin Atlantic sparkle into what could have been a mundane sign. 'Scan for champagne' is now shared widely on social by our customers, and Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw even called it 'wonderfully ludicrous' - which I think is absolutely a compliment!
